NASAA certified organic ‘Never Never Kombu Farm’ in Tuckombil, just outside Tintenbar. Rob + Greg grow grains, produce and botanicals on the family farm. Pot distilled in small batches with juniper, ginger and citrus peels to create a splendid take on a traditional dry gin. Best enjoyed on balmy subtropical evenings with a chorus of crickets, a dash of tonic, chunks of ice & a slice of your favourite citrus. Also makes a mean martini.
