100% Shiraz
Barossa Valley, S.A.Founded in 1978, Craneford Wines has an established reputation for producing top-quality wines rooted in the diverse terroirs of the Barossa Valley. The winery is housed in the historic Country Fire Station building in Truro, a small town on the northern edge of the Barossa, which serves as the inspiration for their signature wine, the ‘Fire Station Shiraz’. Craneford sources grapes from select vineyards farmed organically and biodynamically across the region, ensuring each parcel’s unique character is preserved through separate vinification. Under the guidance of Barossa icon, winemaker Damien Tscharke, Craneford continues to tell the story of the Barossa’s finest terroirs through its commitment to quality and place-driven wines. Fire Station is a powerful yet precise wine from old vines, with classic Barossa power, deep colour, rich fruit, plush texture, and excellent structure. Notes of berries, chocolate, spice, and firm tannins.
