Legendary, atypical Provence rose, in that it is structured, mineral and serious. The Clos Cibonne estate is located by the sea between Nice and Marseille, benefitting from the influence of the sea sprays of the Mediterranean coast. Tibouren is an ancient and noble grape variety but also tricky to grow because it requires specific climatic conditions. It flourishes completely on the shale plots of Clos Cibonne due to sunshine and direct maritime influence. Intensely savoury rosé with a beguiling mix of  grapefruit, rose petal and tangerine notes. Notes of chamomile tea and green herbs add complexity with a long, powerful finish. A memorable wine.
