A blend of fruit from three estate owned and operated vineyards around Tasmania - The ultra-cool North West vineyard, Tamar Valley and East Coast vineyards team up to produce a beautifully balanced, smooth and fleshy Pinot Noir. Red cherry, rose petal, and forest floor with a touch of savoury spice on the nose. A silky and vibrant wine with red berry fruits, fine tannins and an elegant finish. A wine best enjoyed with things like duck, mushroom and summer cherries.
